Lone Star PETS (President Elect Training Seminar) is Rotary’s training program for Rotary Club Presidents-elect and President-nominees. It is a joint effort of ten Rotary International districts in Texas and Oklahoma, left well-prepared for their Rotary year. 
Lone Star PETS prepared over 600 for their upcoming roles through provocative plenary speakers, in-depth breakout sessions, informal fellowship, and networking with Rotary peers throughout Texas. Discussions covered topics such as; The Rotary Club and Rotaract Connection, Push for Polio, Basics, Responsibilities for Club Finances, Membership Development, The Rotary Foundation, How to Start a Rotaract Club, People of Action/Public Image, and much more
